By engaging the services of FOR THE TENANT.COM, business owners (or their senior staff/managers) can receive multiple lease proposals and/or purchase offers in response to a single (or multiple) tenant real estate request. The tenant can compare, review, select and proceed to negotiate their transaction through FOR THE TENANT.COM with the winning bid from a particular landlord that can offer the best rates, terms and conditions for the tenant's office needs.

Upon successful competition of a corporate real estate transaction, FOR THE TENANT.COM will receive a market rate co-broker real estate commission for each transaction paid by the landlord or their authorized listing agent.

FOR THE TENANT.COM is a fully licensed real estate broker and currently has in place over (48) participating commercial real estate brokers in our network to handle any tenant's real estate needs throughout North America.

In addition, FOR THE TENANT.COM will also provide our B2B supply chain management platform to all related vendors of a tenant relocation event (i.e., telephony, furniture, computers, supplies, etc…).
