Michael Gerrity is the Founder and Chairman of FOR THE TENANT.COM. As the firm's Founder he has represented many corporate tenants over the last 20 years for 3,500,000 S.F. of lease/purchase requirements with a combined aggregate transaction value of $250,000,000.00 (USD).

Mr. Gerrity also has a strong background in building and operating enterprise level technology, media and venture capital companies as the Founder of MultiChannel Ventures, which is a developer, owner and operator of a broad range of video programming, broadband distribution and electronic retailing businesses based in Universal Studios Florida.

Jeff York is a Partner of FOR THE TENANT.COM who has focused exclusively on commercial real estate services for corporate clients since 1984, successfully representing both local business owners, partners, start ups, institutions and national corporations in their corporate real estate requirements, while providing in-depth market knowledge and superior service to his clients.
